Special Movement allows a character to move in ways other than a normal human can.

The Special Movement types in the BESM book are:

Balance, Cat-like, Fast, Light-footed, Slithering, Swinging, Untrackable, Wall-bouncing, Wall-crawling, Water-walking, Zen Direction

The Game Master can create other Special Movement types if needed.
